QTR is committed to protecting your privacy. This Statement of Privacy applies to QTR Web site and governs data collection and usage at all QTR sites and services; it does not apply to other online or offline sites, products or services. Please read the QTR Statement of Privacy. QTR is a general audience web site, intended for users of all ages. Personal information of all users is collected, used and disclosed as described in this Statement of Privacy.
Collection of your Personal Information
As an E-commerce Web site, QTR collects personal information, such as your e-mail address, name, home or work address or telephone number. Information collected by QTR is used solely for the purpose of billing. QTR does not collect any information about your computer hardware and software.
QTR encourages you to review the privacy statements of Web sites you choose to link to from QTR so that you can understand how those Web sites collect, use and share your information. We are not responsible for the privacy statements or other content on Web sites outside of the QTR Web site.
Use of your Personal Information
QTR may access and/or disclose your personal information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on QTR or the site; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of QTR, including its Web site; or (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of QTR or the public.
Personal information collected on this site may be stored and processed in the United States or any other country in which QTR or its affiliates, subsidiaries or agents maintain facilities, and by using this site, you consent to any such transfer of information outside of your country. Security of your Personal Information
QTR is committed to protecting the security of your personal information. We use a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. For example, we store the personal information you provide on computer systems with limited access that are located in controlled facilities. When we transmit credit card information over the Internet, we use a secure payment gateway that sends encrypted tokens so your information is protected.
Changes to this Statement
QTR will occasionally update this Statement of Privacy to reflect company and customer feedback. If there are material changes to this Statement or in how QTR will use your personal information, QTR will prominently post such changes prior to implementing the change. QTR encourages you to periodically review this Statement to be informed of how QTR is protecting your information.
QTR ships wine via FedEx or UPS. We typically ship orders on Mondays, Tuesdays, or Wednesdays, and orders typically ship within three business days of order placement. We highly recommend using a business address for wine shipments. Please note FedEx and UPS will typically make three attempts to deliver your wine. After three unsuccessful attempts, the package will be returned to QTR, at which time you will need to pay a new shipping charge to cover the costs of reshipping the package.
To help protect the integrity of your wine order, we typically do not ship wine if the temperature at our warehouse, your shipping address, or anywhere along the shipping route is more than 83 degrees or lower than 32 degrees. Our warehouse will contact you via email should your order be placed on weather hold. Please contact us at email@example.com if you’d like to make alternate shipping arrangements.
A person age 21 years or older must present valid identification and sign for your wine shipment. By placing your order, you represent to QTR, LLC that you are at least 21 years old and that the person to whom delivery will be made is at least 21 years old.
Return & Exchange Procedure
We are committed to producing high-quality wines. In the unlikely event a refund for or replacement of wine is necessary, we will issue a credit to the credit card used for the original purchase.
- Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to indicate you want a refund or replacement.
- Please pack and seal the item(s) securely, preferably in its original packaging, unless it was damaged during shipping.
- If you are returning wine for refund, the shipment must be returned pre-paid.
- QTR will make arrangements with a major carrier such as FedEx or UPS to pick up defective wines being returned for replacement. Replacement wine will be shipped at no cost to you.
